What data we process

When you visit the site, our host and analytics tool process technical data that your browser sends automatically: IP address (truncated), device and browser type, pages visited, and the time of the visit. If you email us, we process the data you provide — your name, email address, and the content of your message.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a tool that measures traffic without cookies and without profiling visitors. The data is evaluated only in aggregate and is not used to identify individuals. The site therefore uses no tracking cookies and shows no consent banner.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to deliver the site securely, prevent abuse, understand reach, and respond to your enquiries. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and the taking of steps at your request when you contact us.

Hosting and third parties

The site is hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH on servers in the European Union. We use Cloudflare for delivery, protection, and analytics. These providers process data as our processors under a data processing agreement.

Retention

We keep technical and analytics data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing, as well as the right to object and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to office@lonidigital.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
